Your Vegan Coach is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies https://nutritionstudies.org/ so that I can provide you with education gleaned from decades of research from leading professors, nutritionists, scientists, and medical doctors who have proven that a whole foods, plant-based (vegan) diet is your best protection from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's, arthritis, and more.

You will have to train yourself to eat and live in a new way as you become vegan. Your Vegan Coach received hands-on training from Main Street Vegan Academy in NYC https://mainstreetvegan.net/academy/ where I learned in small, in-person classes with highly credentialed expert teachers how to coach:

  • Fundamentals of vegan nutrition
  • Plant-based nutrition through the life cycle
  • Diet in the prevention and reversal of disease

Your vegan coach completed the Main Street Vegan Academy Master Course and is a Certified Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Editor (VCLE).
